RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How It Works

Our company withholds a no-return policy that does not allow customers to return products for a refund. This means that otherwise handled specially, once a customer makes a purchase, they cannot get their money back or exchange the product for a different one unless the item is damaged.

Damaged Items

LoneStar will allow Returns/Exchanges on items that were damaged upon receipt (damages include faulty printing and tears/holes in the item). We will also honor returns due to receiving incorrect sizing from what was ordered. All items will be exchanged for the same exact item in the same color. Please reach out to us and provide pictures of the damaged item.

It is important for our customers to understand the company's return policy before making a purchase. All sales are final. Customers should carefully read and understand our company's return policy prior to making a purchase.

Important to Read as Follows:

We offer standard Flat-Rate shipping at checkout.once your order is placed, please allow 3-5 business days for the production and shipping
We are not responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
All shipments are fully insured.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the provided address.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding your shipment, please contact our customer service team.
For a multiple-product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available.
